Hip Hop Abs Chef's Salad

It's lunch time so that means it is salad time! This Hip Hop Abs workout salad has a lot of great ingredients that will provide your body with the energy and nutrients to get through the day, it will also keep your metabolism going. Simple to make, may take a little longer than he breakfast meals though.

Hip Hop Abs Chef's Salad
1 cup romaine lettuce
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinaigrette (or equivalent dressing - no ranch, blue cheese, etc.)
2 oz. sliced lean meat of your choice (roast beef, turkey)

Toss the salad and eat up.
