Hip Hop Abs Omelet

It's time for another great breakfast recipe from the Hip Hop Abs workout. This meal is fast and easy to make, and it will satisfy your craving. Remember if there is anything you do not like in this recipe you do not have to put it in, for instance I can not stand mushrooms, and this recipe calls for mushrooms, so I will not be putting mushrooms in this recipe.

The Hip Hop Abs Swiss, Mushroom, and Broccoli Omelet

3 egg whites, beaten
1 whole egg
1/2 cup broccoli
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 oz. low-fat Swiss crumbles

Cook in a cooking spray
