Hip Hop Abs Lunch

Here is a great Hip Hop Abs recipe for lunch, that you can make before you go to work, school, or where ever you go. It will help you get through the day, it is very important to eat lunch, because if you miss it you are more vulnerable to eat a huge meal before you go to bed.
The Hip Hop Abs lunch is:

The lean, Mean Salad
1 Cup fresh mixed greens
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 Tbsp. red wine vinaigrette ( or equivalent dressing- no ranch, blue cheese, etc.)
4 oz. roasted turkey breast

I hope you enjoy this lunch, I know I am not much of a salad eater, but there are lot of people out there who do like salad. This is a great meal to eat with your Hip Hop Ab routine
