Hip Hop Abs Dinner

Well here is my favorite meal of the day, dinner. For some reason I just get excited every time I hear about dinner. But Hip Hop Abs has some great dinners that are pretty easy to make. i hope you like fish. Make sure that you check out the recipes and see if there are any foods you don't like or you could be allergic too.

The Hip Hop Abs Dinner
Fish with Flava
4oz. fish (Halibut, cod, re snapper, or turbot)
1/2 shallot, shopped fine
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1/4 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
1/4 chopped tomato
1/2 juiced lemon
2 cups asparagus
2 tbsp. water
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 450 degree
Place fish on a large piece of aluminum foil, with 2 tablespoons of water to provide steam.
Top with tomato, shallot, garlic, thyme, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
Wrap tightly into a place on a baking sheet, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Steam asparagus and serve with fish.
