Hip Hop Abs Breakfast

There are some great foods that you can be eating while doing your Hip Hop Abs routine, over the next week I will be giving you recipes that you can create so you can eat healthy while working out with Hip Hop Abs. I will start with the first day and what you can eat at every meal time. So I will start with the first meal that you will be eating...breakfast

Here is a great Hip Hop Abs breakfast recipe
Hip Hop Abs Blueberry Smoothie
1 scoop whey protein powder
1 cup fresh blueberries
4 oz. water, or lite soy or skim milk
1 Tbsp. flaxseed oil (optional)

mix in blender with scoop of ice.
