Hip Hop Abs Smoothie

So if your are doing the Hip Hop abs routine, and you are following the 6 day slim down, you probably already know about these Hip Hop Abs recipes.  If haven't been doing the Hip Hop ab workout routine than this is pretty knew stuff to you, and I hope this helps you even in your daily life. So here is another breakfast recipe.
Hip Hop Abs Strawberry Banana Smoothie
1/2 banana
1/2 cup of strawberries
4 oz. water with a scoop of ice
It is that simple, all you have to do is blend it and there is a breakfast for you.  That should only take you a few minutes to make that.  If you don't have time in the morning to make this recipe, you may want to loosen up your schedule.
