Hip Hop Abs tuna salad

It seems like there is always a salad for lunch. I am sure they are healthy for you, they probably give you the correct nutrients that you need to for your Hip Hop Abs workout routines. They usually have some source of protein in them too, so that is good.

Hip Hop Abs Tuna Salad
1 cup mixed baby greens
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
1/2 cup chopped cauliflower
1 tbsp. lite vinaigrette ( or equivalent dressing - no ranch, blue cheese, ec.)
4 oz. flaked tuna (packed in water)

Toss Salad and eat it.
