Tony Horton 10 Minute Trainer

Okay, so if you liked Px90, if you liked Power 90, if you are doing P90x plus, you can relate that Tony Horton knows what he is talking about. He brought some great workouts, well he just came out with another workout called Tony Horton 10 Minute Trainer. It sounds pretty sweet. Obviously it is aimed towards people who do not have a lot of time, now you have no excuse, it only takes 10 minutes. It uses P90x resistance bands for a full body workout in a short amount of time. Tony Horton 10 minute trainer uses 10 moves in 10 minutes, head to toe. It has cardio, lower body workouts, yoga flex, resistance kit, workout calendar, a rapid results guide, and a 10 minute meal guide. Plus you get three free gifts BONUS Abs Routine, On-the-Go Workout, 10-Day Lean Jean Plan. Hope you enjoy the Tony Horton 10 Minute Trainer

Just got this in my mailbox this past week and even after finnishing P90X the cardio workout hit hard at about 5 minutes through and continues right to the end! (Not to mention the other workouts I've done thus far) It's great and I never would've expected such an intense workout in only 10 minutes! It reccomends scheduelling in 2 other workouts throughout the day (it's got a chart showing which ones, don't worry), but one is most definately enough! The warm-up and cool-down add in another 5 minutes total and these are very important, but overall, a workout this great in 15 minutes?! Seriously, anyone can do 15 minutes! lol This is most definately a quality program and I expect nothing less from Tony. :)

This 10 minute workout by Tony Horton is INSANE! Who would have thought that it would only take 10 minutes a day to get this kind of workout. Of course I do a few extra workouts when I can because this video set is setup in a way that you can do as many of the 10 minute workouts as you want.

I also just finished p90x and that was well rewarding also, so I'm stoked for what could be next after the 10 minute workout!

Good luck!
