Hip Hop Abs Power Shake

It's a breakfast day, and this Hop Hop Abs breakfast has one of my favorite fruits in it. It is a Strawberry Power Shake. This is a great meal, I love anytime when I start off the day with a healthy shake or smoothie. This is very simple to make, you should have plenty of time to make it in the morning before you start your day.

Hip Hop Abs Strawberry Power Shake

1 scoop whey protein powder
1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
4 oz. water, or lite soy or skim milk
1 Tbsp. flaxseed oil (optional)

Mix in blender with a scoop of ice
