Working out with P90x

Well the second day, I thought was going to be easier, but to my surprise it was very difficult,  I was basically jumping for an hour, the workout is called P90x Plyometrics, its main focus is to get you do jump higher and have more endurance.    It is great for people who are doing sports, they actually use a lot of workout routines from sports in this session, I enjoyed it.
