Legs and Back with P90x

I just got done doing the P90x Legs and Back, I don't know about you but anything that involves lunges and wall squats, I have a very hard time with, but I made it through, and it was a very good workout. Later that day, I was walking up the stairs at my house and I could feel the how tired my legs were. I did try the P90x recovery drink and surprisingly it was very good. I will be playing football on Saturday so I won't be doing P90x Kenpo
