The P90x lifestyle

The 3rd day was The Shoulder and Arms P90x workout. I have to admit I wasn't to sure how hard this was going to be, and I was still little sore from the chest and back workout, so I probably didn't go all out like I should of, but I still got a good workout. The bands work great for this routine, but there was some sessions where I had to switch to dumbbells, because the bands were kind of awkward. But I really enjoyed it, next time I will go through it with a little more drive.
