Another day of P90x

So this was the 3rd day of the second week, and we did P90x shoulder and arms again, and when I say "we" that means my two friends Derek and Jason, we all do P90x together so we can keep each other motivated. This workout routine has some great exercises in it, one of my favorite involves the P90x resistant bands, it is for the biceps, its kind of hard to explain, but you stand on your band and with one arm you you create tension with the band and you hold it there isolated, and with the other arm you do regular biceps curls, and then you switch back and forth after every fifth bicep curl. I don't know if you understood that, but it is a great workout.
