1st day of the 2nd week for P90x

Well, today we did P90x chest and arms, I am defiantly stronger, and I have better stamina. I was able to workout harder and really take it to this workout, I still have to spot myself when I do pull ups, but I am starting to do it without the chair. This workout has become one of my favorites, I just love a good upper body workout.
