P90x Equipment

I want to write a post about different ways you can do workouts if you can't totally do them, because some of these workouts are pretty difficult. P90x has a lot of routines where you use a P90x Chin-up Bar, but a lot of the times people can't do chin ups or can't do a lot of them. So instead of doing just normal chin ups, put a chair in front you and use it as a spotter when doing chin ups, only put one leg on the chair and try not to use your leg as much as possible. If you do not have a chin up bar, you can also use the P90x Resistant Bands, these are great to use, they are very affective. They are also great if you do not have dumbbells. Hopefully that helps.
